The impressive Myra Condo is a distinctive shape when viewed from afar, with its soft rounded facade and subtle horizontal 'aluminum ribbon' varying in tone upwards - from champagne in the lower tiers to Yellow at the top of the horizontal bands. More than simply aesthetic, however, the horizontal 'strips' serve more than a functional purpose - to protect both occupants and the building from tropical rain, while also shielding balconies and air conditioner ledge. On closer inspection, a layered canopy of trees envelopes its inhabitants with verdant serenity, amid sunlight and darkness and the sound of dripping water.
