MYRA - Progressive Payment Scheme** (Table 2)

** Note: As each phase of Myra Residences is completed, you will receive a payment notification for that progress. It is understandable that the progressive payment program will allow you to pay for a property according to the construction phase of that project. For example, when completing the foundation, you will need to pay 10% for this first stage.
The order of payment will take place in the same order as table 2, you will pay 25% of the booking fee, specifically 5% of the Call Option fee (Index 1.1) and 20% when signing the Purchase Contract within 8 weeks from the date of purchase. from the date of Options (Index 1.2). Next, you will continue to pay the amount from 5 to 10% of the apartment value according to the completion progress (from Index 2 to Index 9). Expected completion in 2023, you will pay the remaining 10% (Index 10).
